Wiser have been supporting me but also the We Make Change Homelessness Community for a few months now. The community brings together organisations involved with homelessness in order to facilitate and aid collaboration to tackle the leading issue in our cities. Their kindness and hospitality is unprecedented, offering their breathtaking office space for free along with refreshments so that our meetings can be most effective but also enjoyable, allowing us to attract people to an evening meeting with success. Wiser really see this as no hassle to them, doing whatever it takes to make us feel welcome. They have little understanding of how much it means to us and without their support these meetings would not have been the success that they are proving to be. Thank you Wiser, you're all legends!

I recently went through the application process for a graduate scheme, and I cannot recommend Wiser enough! I was communicating with Joe and he was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Joe is hands down the best consultant I have come across in my job search, and is totally different to the usual generic arrogant and flashy style that seems to have plagued the recruitment/executive search industry. He is very down to earth and is well up for a laugh, and is just a genuine top bloke! Give the guy a pay rise!! He was always there for a call to answer any queries, and he guided me through the whole application process from initial screening interviews to assessment centre preparation and to finally giving me the news that I had landed the job!! Even after my job offer, Joe is still in the picture answering any questions I have had and I trust I will be contacting him in the future as well. I cannot speak for other roles, but Joe and the team were at the assessment centre that I attended which was a massive help and ensured a way more relaxed and friendly environment and interview process, particularly by providing a familiar face and someone to chat to. As usual a lot of my calls and emails went unanswered or I had totally irrelevant roles thrust in front of me. Wiser, however, were quick to invite me into their office for a coffee and a chat.
