I’ve worked for Blue Arrow for nearly 6 months and have never been without work. I currently deal with David but have dealt with Nicola and Grant and find them all very professional and always answer any queries I have about a job. Good variety of work and always paid correctly and on time.

From the minute I contacted them to present day, the Management team Sam Norris and Claire Smee and their associates have been nothing short of professional and courteous at all times. The ability to ask after their employees welfare and have a laugh with them. Their discreet, data protected ethics of my personal information leaves me confident of my privacy as well as allocating work suited to my needs and abilities. They never seem to run out of available work and always contact me for slots available through the app which is so easy to use for signing in and out of the workplace as well as letting them know when I need time for myself. Truly I would recommend the team at Maidstone before any other agency as they seem to get the good work allocated to them with the right contract and at the market price for workers usually above the nat minimum wage Give them a try as you have nothing to lose.

If I could give Blue Arrow a million stars then I would. I have worked for Blue Arrow Catering as a chef and also as a driver, on and off the past few years. Grant you have always been upfront and honest on every job you have given me. I have always been paid on time and always correctly. All my jobs have been spot on and your clients have made me feel that I am part of the team....In the few but not very often quite periods I have worked as a driver so never without work. Always get a great experience from Blue Arrow. The staff understand my needs, always have work available, work around my sometimes difficult availability and pay fairly. Grant always listens to my feedback on clients, and regularly gets me repeat bookings with my favorite clients. All the staff are friendly any time I call, and what started as a stop gap in my chef career has become my full time career because of the service I get from the maidstone branch. I first joined Blue Arrow in January this year and have loved working with them. I have a full time role elsewhere so joined on as a temp to earn extra money at the weekends and evenings. I got to choose which weekends suited me and was always offer a variety of shifts that I could choose from. Its never dull working as a temp! I'm glad I can give them a call when I know I am needing extra money and they will have shifts for me. The team are so helpful and really friendly on the phone. Blue arrow have consistently found me lots of work over a long period of time ,they offer me more work than I can actually do . I've worked for several local agencies and blue arrow have become my first choice call for work. I have lots of choice of when and where I work they offer me a great balance ...the assignments are varied and I'm always offered a top rate of enhanced rates of pay for most evenings and weekends if I choose to take the booking. These guys give me the flexibility to choose how hard and how much work I do .

Blue Arrow have been very helpful since April this year, they always return my calls or email me any information. It does not matter what member of staff answers the phone will always take a message and I always get a call back. When my assignment finishes I will definitely will use Blue Arrow again. I have worked for Blue arrow since september 2016, I have never been out of work,(unless i choose),Grant has been excellent in placing me in the right job for my own personal needs,I have no complaints. I notice a few reviews which personally atack Mr Taylor,they all seem to be generated within a short time span (all within 24hrs) ,I would put money on these revews as one of the same person,I would strongly disregard those personal slanderous words from what it looks like a very hard working Troll .

I’ve been working for Blue Arrow now coming up to a year and they have been so great to me, they are flexible and very very understanding, they always have shifts and are very efficient. Nice people, but I had problems getting my pay! When I handed my time sheet in, they paid my money into the wrong account (They typed the Sort Code in wrong)......Then I had to wait two weeks until they recovered the money back before they would pay me!!
