Disappointing volume and matching of candidates for the role. The pre-qualifying of candidates did not appear to be inline with the job requirements and brief. The brief and job description were amended part way through the month, however, this did not result in an improved matching of candidates. The staff at Kamro were responsive and kept in touch and pleasant throughout. It didn't work for our search.
