I would highly recommend Kent Teaching Solutions to anyone who is seeking a job as a Teaching Assistant in school. As soon as I registered with the agency and all my documents were filled in and checked they found me a job that fitted my time,expectations and experience. Not only the job was suitable for me but also the school was 10 minutes away from my home which was amazing!I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Parris and Gary who support me from day one in my working experience. They are lovely and cheerful and professional, too.

I have been working with Kent Teaching Solutions since November 2021. I have to say my agent - Jade, went above and beyond to clear my file, as I was struggling to get recommendations from my previous employer, but she was the only one who found a way to do it! Found me a placement pretty quickly and I'm still working at the same school, 6 months later. Jade gave me a chance to prove myself as a teacher, as this was my first time working in a school in UK, and I believe I didn't let her down. Very prompt and accurate weekly payments, without an "umbrella company"!
