I started with Teaching Personnel in Kent last November as I live between France and England and wanted to work the 2 days whilst I was in the UK. Although I was a little apprehensive, after many horror stories about supply teaching, I could not have been happier with the support, guidance and work that I was given. I had work every week from November up until the end of the school year and all of it fitted in with me. Even when I was available for extra days, I was offered work through the agency. Although everyone that I dealt with from the agency was knowledgeable, professional and helpful, I would particularly like to mention Tom McQuade. Throughout my short time with the agency he kept in regular contact to ensure that everything was going well and he found me work every week. i was able to speak openly, honestly and, of course, professionally about how things were going and he was always ready to listen/advise. I really got the feeling that I was valued and supported and could not be happier with my year at Teaching Personnel. Thank you so much to you all.

I am more than happy with Teaching Personnel. I had regular work from them before lockdown came into force. My consultant Thomas McQuade regularly kept in touch with work opportunities, taking into account any questions or queries that I may have had. Tom would also regularly provide feedback from the schools that I went to. TP were on the ball so to speak with furlough and I was paid from the start and furlough is continuing. At this present time TP are working with schools planning for effective supply teaching as and when schools reopen more than they are now. I have listened to what Tom has told me and feel reassured of supply in the future. Ongoing communication is so important.
