I have used the driving team at The Best Connection Maidstone for a number of years now and have always found them helpful and accommodating when I require drivers both in and out of hours. Darren goes over and above with his service and is always very supportive, knowing exactly what driver skill set I need. This level of service and commitment is invaluable to me as a busy Transport Manager and he's provided a competent and professional driver on a last minute request on many occasions. The Best Connection is my go-to driver agency and I cannot recommend their service and professionalism enough.

I’m a semi-retired driver. The set up with Best Connection suits my part time requirements. No pressure to work full time, and works well for the Agency too. Darren at Maidstone is my point of contact and he is always happy and helpful. Money is not great, but I would still recommend.

I've registered in at least 5 agencies and The Best Connection was the only which was really quick in replying and finding a job. The Best Connection Maidstone can be described as professional,responsive, and yet considerate and humane in their activities. They take their time to ensure every job they get suits you and are ever willing to get you another until you are happy with it. I must mention two members of staff, Luke and Olie as being outstanding in their job with excellent responsiveness with staff. I've been with Best Connections for about two weeks now and these 2 made sure I had the required work gear and actually provided transportation for me to get back home once my shift ended by 11pm. They give good value to workers and respond to sms almost immediately. What else can I say , but that they should keep up the marvelous work. Because of the professionalism of Olie and Luke and other staff, I intend to continue with the Best Connection even if I relocate to any other part of England, hoping that the services will be similar.

I worked for this agency for 1 year and it wasn't the best experience at the beginning. Because of Beata, whenever I spoke to her she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I always asked if I can talk with Julita whenever I contacted agency as I didn't want to deal with Beata and her moods. Julita was always helpful, friendly and professional. I don't really understand why Beata works there,because she's rude to everyone and I heard awful stories about the way she treated people and no one at my previous work place liked her. I'm giving 4 stars,because of Julita otherwise I would give 1.

Never had any issues, signed up on a Thursday, was working on the Sunday, and am now in permanent employment thanks to them!
