We've been using Avensure for a few years now. I am a very happy customer. HR and compliance matters are always dealt with in a timely manner, and for custom letters and employment advice nothing is too much trouble. I've found all of the team members I have dealt with to be very helpful in sometimes complex and sensitive matters, with timely advice advice and assistance were sought. Paige was most helpful recently with some contract changes required. Her advice was clear and concise, she was able to answer my questions on the first call, and the required letter template was with me within the hour, and approved for issue next day. Keep it up guys

Excellent HR service – Annie W our contact cannot so more to help and is always available to talk through ideas with you, without feeling rushed as understands the nature of our sector. Having been with Avensure for two years we are certainly getting value for money, especially with the complications Covid produced. Also custom letters provided to use means that we are not wasting business time drafting letters. We looked at a number of companies and Avensure best met our needs. The only suggestion would be an offer to combine HR (which we use) and H&S packages as it does become expensive for both – especially when some HR procedures need H&S documents (such as risk assessments for expectant mothers).
