I worked with Olivia at Higher Talent, Manchester. The service i was given was excellent. Communication was constant and I was never left in the lurch. Anytime I called she would answer and would give excellent advice to any queries I had. Secured 4 job interviews within a week through Olivia. It’s obvious she works hard to find the right fits for her clients and everyone with Higher Talent evidently goes the extra mile. Was given 3 job offers through this agency and secured my dream job in about 8-9 days. 5* service, will be recommending to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much guys.

I had the pleasure of working with Katy Yeoman from Higher talent while searching for a job position, and I did not actually think the whole process could go so smoothly. Katy was switched on, well-spoken and extremely talented when it came to debriefing after the interviews and supported me throughout the stressfulness of having three interviews in a single day. I got placed through High Talent, and could not fault my experience at all. I dealt with Jacob, who felt more like a friend than a recruiter - which put me at ease throughout the process. He had a thorough chat with me on FT, about my experience, my interests and my goals then channelled that into finding me interviews with companies he knew I would love. He was attentive, and called me before my interviews with advice, pointers and tips to excel, then sent good luck texts just before I went in, he was on the phone straight after finding out how it went, he gave feedback quickly and then once I was placed at the company I really wanted, he sent a few texts to check in on me. A lot of recruiters always focus on the new shiny stuff, but Jacob isn't like that - he actually cares about his candidates and wants them to succeed. There is nothing better, than having someone alongside you in your journey who is just as happy as you are when you do well; he was always excited and it is infectious.
