I had the pleasure of working with Lee during my job hunt and I couldn't recommend him and Innova enough, he made a tiring process that little bit easier. Lee was positive, transparent and diligent. When reaching out to me about a role, Lee made sure I had all the information I needed to ensure that this role was the perfect fit for me and the company. I was really impressed with Lee's level of communication and I really felt that I had the support I needed from a recruitment company with Lee and Innova especially as Lee had stressed that he would be available should I have any issues and he provided regular check-ins to see how I was doing and how the process was going. What struck me the most was that in every step of the process, Lee ensured that a healthy line of communication was open between me and my new employer, chasing in my behalf if needed, so the transition was smooth and easy. I was happy to work with Lee and Innova and would do again if needs be.
