I wanted to share my thoughts about Sam Fuller. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. Called me with routine questions regarding my job expectations and experience and kept updated. I've had a great experience with Leaders in Care - I talked with Sam Fuller, and even from the first phone call he listened to what I was looking for and helped me apply for suitable positions. I was browsing for a Job when I came across an ad for the perfect job. I initially gave a call to leaders in care recruitment to clarify whether my cv had been received. I spoke with Ehsan Arif who quite frankly has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole progress.
Ehsan Arif was able to confirm he had my cv and went on to ask if we could have a chat so he could get to know about me and put me forward for the position. Ehsan Arifade me feel at ease from start to finish n nothing was to much of a trouble for him. As a nurse in these times I have several recruitment consultants call me per day offering me job rolls. To be honest they very rarely offer me anything that interests me as a job roll. Therefore I rarely engage or feel the need to explain what I'm really looking for and what my career goals are.
