10/10, I have nothing but nice things to say about Orchard! I was originally contacted by a gentleman called Michael who put me forward for a role that was such a great fit for me. He then passed my details onto the director for marketing recruitment, Andy and I dealt with Andy for the rest of my experience with Orchard. Andy was amazing, attentive, supportive, constantly checking in and got back to me so quickly on the days that he was busy in meetings. I didn't get the first job I was put forward for and at a point where I thought perhaps that might be it, Andy put me forward for another role and was a great comfort to me when I didn't get the first role.
