I couldn't recommend Vision highly enough for anyone looking for work as a teacher. After qualifying, I was incredibly nervous about doing supply and the unpredictability of my work. All of that was made significantly better after talking with Ryan and Donna who reassured me and guided me through the signing up process. The work I received was consistent and exactly what I needed. Olivia and Jordan have come in and are fantastic too - really top communicators and great at working around whatever schedule I have with other commitments. Ryan has great relationships with schools around Tameside and beyond, and that has allowed me to experience a myriad of schools and work with some incredible staff. I have worked with Vision for Education Manchester for just over 3 years as a Tutor, tutoring mainly math and English on a 1 - to - 1 basis. I have always felt supported by Vision as a tutor and have had plenty of opportunities for work. It is clear that Vision also have a great rapport with the schools and local authorities they work with and arrange tutoring for; all required information is sourced and given out ahead of time so that placements start and continue successfully, for as long as needed.

I cannot speak highly enough of Vision for Education. I have seen the way they operate from both a school and teacher perspective. When I was working in Tameside as a teacher, Ryan and the team provided excellent service to schools around Tameside whilst also going the "extra mile" with their support for athletics, ice cream van visits and many other little initiatives to engage with schools across the borough. When I spent one year (2019/20) transitioning out of teaching into another profession, I worked for Vision. My availability was relatively sporadic but this did not deter Paul and Ryan from working hard to find me work when I needed it. I also worked in some of the Tameside schools that I already had a relationship with which made the days with these classes enjoyable and friendly. I wish Vision all the very best for the future and sure they will continue to thrive as an organisation supporting Education around the Greater Manchester area.
