I first got a call from one of the recruitment consultants at EAC i believe her name is Poppy, she spoke to me with regards to working in an industry I have never worked in before. I then went for a quick interview/chat with the team at EAC, I met with Poppy and she introduced me to the manager of the show Imran. Imran and poppy were absolutely class to deal with, they didnt just say things they also followed up on whatever they proposed, after maybe a few days I had multiple job interviews lined up. HERE'S THE TRUTH! On my first call to EAC Consulting, the Temporary department provided me with, one week of work, starting the next day, confirmed within 30 minute, of that call. I worked with two members within the group who were friendly, welcoming, patient, helpful, and understanding (namely; Poppy and Kelly). They approached me with a job role having found my CV online. Shortly after, they invited me to see me face to face to see if I was appropriate for shortlisting. Actually visiting their building had a nice atmosphere and they helped me feel at ease right away. Moreover, after confirming I was a right fit for the company in question, they ensured I was prepared for the three interviews I needed to get the job role they’d picked me for. They kept me updated throughout, along with checking how things had gone from my side as well as the employers. At the end of it all both me and the employer were sure I was the right fit for the company and EAC were the ones who reached out and facilitated that process. I have gone through other groups to try and get a job before, but none have been so easy to contact and easy to deal with. They have usually phoned too often (seemingly unnecessarily), and I’ve been unable to contact them when I’ve needed to, unlike EAC who only called to touch bases and who was always available for me to contact with my questions. Other groups also weren’t as cheerful which, while not essential, makes any matter of business easier to deal with. Would throughly recommend.
