I was given Whitney's contact details at Industrious Recruitment by a friend. Most recruitment agencies treat you like a number and all they care about is their targets and the bottom line. I never felt this when working with Whitney and Industrious recruitment. I have only been looking for a full time position through Industrious Recruitment, and I was treated with respect, always kept in the loop (at least weekly) with what was happening, and constantly had job possibilities to pursue. Unlike a larger national recruit company (which I'm sure you have worked out) I was previously working with and for, it seems that Whitney genuinely was looking after the best interests of her client and Industrious Recruitment employees, unlike other companies that just fill the man power gap, qualified or not and then ring the till up. I have just got a new local GM position and this wouldn't have been possible without Whitney's help and support. If I ever need urgent manpower or a more senior management position in the future I will be talking to Whitney at Industrious Recruitment from now on. Thanks for all your help 😊
