I've been working with Pertemps for a fair few months now and I would particularly like to highlight Alisha Dass who currently manages my portfolio. She has been excellent in terms of getting me good shifts, but also listening to my needs. Equally given the nature of locum work she has assisted me in achieving the flexibility that I require in order to maintain a work life balance. I had excellent experience over the last 7-8 years working with Pertemp. In particular, Asif Sadikot is a thorough professional. Excellent in communication and ability to provide rates which are better than any other agency and shifts according to my requirement. I have been working with Mr Asif Sadikot in Pertemps Medical, as a locum stroke consultant, for nearly eight years, since 2014. I was never without work unless I don't want to work. Since joining Pertemps medical, she has been the most easy going person to deal with in regards to anything and everything from the beginning. Working with her has been very smooth. Her communication and personality is the best type of personalities that make great supervisors. She has always been very positive and friendly to approach and when needed to ask for advice she is my go to person because nobody would feel any hesitancy in regards to her competency in her skillset or work rate!
