On a personal level, staff were extremely helpful, polite and informative throughout. Alas, Day 1 was a disaster logistically. With no parking in the vicinity several of us had to resort to tailgating to get into the H & M car park. We then had to wait on the pavement several minutes until permitted into the complex (thankfully it wasn't raining!). At the end we were forced to wait in a queue for our fingerprints to be read at reception in order that we could leave - circa 20 minutes wasted on £0 pay beyond the end of shift. PMP you can and must treat new recruits with the care and consideration you would hope to encounter. This seemingly apathetic disdain was the main reason I chose not to return.

Hi all. The process from applying for a H&M job to induction was only couple of days and next day after induction I start working. Respect for the time management. And the team leaders on site are professionals. Excelent experience.

I’m English and have been working via PMP at the same company for just over a year full time and I have been paid on time each week so I cannot understand the negative reviews here as I have found PMP staff to be friendly and helpful and I am very happy working with them. In my job placement I work with a lot of Eastern Europeans, Poles, Romanians, as well as Asian and African employees from PMP who have said they are also happy working via PMP. If you want to work PMP will keep you employed and working as much as they can. If you are in the wrong job placement let your office know and they will try to help you find a more suitable job. I imagine it must be very frustrating for PMP staff who are trying to find the right temps for their employers. I would recommend PMP Recruitment.

I had no problems at all, I applied for a post via PMP. A lady, Kim, called me and i completed the forms and online u fo as required, staryed the next day. I explai ed I could work any hours which i did and was promptly paid. Yes its labourious work but work with the job u applied for and not then change hours or shifts to suit you, happy days.

I had to fill out lots of forms and do quite a lot of things to get Into a Webinar for H and M. After this I had to wait at my PC for a Skype call interview which went well, I was told to wait till next Thursday with start dates. I had to chase myself on the Thursday and didn't get a phone call until the day after only telling me I'm no longer needed. I asked about Amazon jobs which I was told there isn't any, however I see advertisements from PMP about Amazon vacancies. I tried to call the office without any answer or forwarding message. I read the reviews and saw the owner replies with the same answer for negative reviews. No sign of improvements. Rubbish, speak up in public not in private emails. Wasted a lot of time with then which I'm not happy about this story, the amount of paperwork.
