I have been working for blue Arrow for about 6 months now and i must say that the staff in the office at Newcastle are first class. Rach and Jake provide fantastic communications about work details and are always at the end of the phone for any queries. Jake and all the Driving Consultants in the Newcastle branch are professional and supportive. This is my wife's iPad so it is in her name but my name is Peter. I have worked for blue arrow in Newcastle for around 24 years on a part time basis a few days a week, I'm a chef by trade. As with all agency work there is times when it will be quiet but on the most part I am kept busy. In all my years I have only had a couple of problems but these have all been resolved quickly. I find if your time sheet is signed and in by lunch time on Monday your money will be in the bank on Friday. Though I can't comment on other branches I have always found the Newcastle office professional and understanding. I would not have worked there for so long if I was not happy.
