C. P.I am so glad that I took part in this course! I found it very informative and constructive on many levels. Before the course started I felt relaxed because the staff over the phone made sure they explained all the details and answered any questions that I had. Regarding the course itself- I am extremely grateful and happy that I was given the chance to take part in it. Rebecca Graham delivered it with exceptional knowledge and professionalism. She was extremely punctual and always made sure every one of the participants was happy with the information, that we understood it properly, and were on track with all the assignments. She always made sure that she answered any questions we may have had or if anyone needed any assistance. I have learned so much in those two weeks! I wasn't very good at using MS Teams, now I am much more confident. I liked how at the end of each assignment you get feedback from Rebecca. She is a really genuine and friendly person, which made the experience even nicer :) It was an absolute pleasure to be thought of by her. Amazing company! I feel ready and prepared for my upcoming interview :)

S. H.I attended the 'Bright Lights' employment course, which included a CV workshop and interview tips and techniques. David, the course facilitator, was very skilled and responsive to group needs. It is a tribute to his skills that despite the course being conducted through Zoom, a sense of group identity developed over the course duration, with a real and genuine regard for inclusivity. Moreover, David took time to call each group participant individually to provide support (including mock interviews, if needed) tailored to each individual's need. The Launch Group also provided up to six months' post course support. I highly recommend this provider.

B.Although the course was very informative and well presented I feel the "guaranteed interview" for attending the 2 week course is just a tactic to get people on the course so they can claim funding from the EU. Surprise 2 months after completing the course still no interview no communication except an email from the guy who presented the course saying how he recognised my commitment and attitude on the course but no interviews. Very disappointing
