Ben, from Ariel services Wales today fitted a new aerial at my address . I phoned him early in the morning he replied within minutes arranged to call that afternoon. On arrival very polite and considerat, He explained my problem was a very cheap ariel that had been fitted was not up to the job. I decided on a very good quality new ariel. Many aerial installers only install TV/Sky antennas and so I had to ring several installers before finding Ben of Aerial Services Wales. Ben was very flexible with how to get the job done and happy to discuss options with the customer. I run an Airbnb business, my internet went down and wasn’t able to resolve the problem via Virgin and had to wait days for a replacement hub. Guests had turned up at the house with no TV no internet. After reading customer recommendations for Aerial Service Wales I opted to use them to restore lost signals from satellite dish and regular aerial. The principal of the company, Ben, examined my system, inside the house and externally using the respective signal strength meters etc, then advised be of my options of partial retention or replacement of my aerial system. The cost of which he made clear before any work was started. I went for replacement of both dish and aerial. He started work immediately and finished the work externally by using a head torch as it was late afternoon/evening. Internally I use a stack of set top boxes, Panasonic, two Humax and a BT tv, he then proceeded to connect all my devices including aerial booster and Ethernet switch at no extra charge, he even offered to return another day if I encountered any problems. He is also a very likeable person. I guess you could say that I would strongly recommend him.
