I am an older lady and thought I would have trouble finding employment in January 2020. The staff at the Newport branch of Brook Street were fantastic, age -no problem. They found me an assignment straight away. They matched me with a company that suites me perfectly and I intend to stay there until I retire in a year or two. The staff are friendly, very engaged and helpful. Sara, my Brook Street contact is on the ball and handles any queries quickly and efficiently. I have been with this agency since 2018 and I wouldn’t recommend another agency. Throughout my time with this agency the level of communication has been second to none! I found out I was finally expecting during my first contract and they couldn’t of been more supportive in giving me all the information I needed in terms of what I was entitled to, they honestly did everything they could to help me throughout a rough pregnancy.
