L. H.I have been with ESP for nearly 4 years now and they have been nothing but brilliant. The advice they give you before a shift and the communication is great. They are easy to speak to as sometimes I can be shy but I do find it easy to speak to them with any issues. Wether its work related or not. Nothing is ever to much.
I have been able to go to different schools and gain experience while working with all age groups. I have completed many courses which has helped my understanding.
Being able to have the flexibility has been amazing as i do travel a-lot while nannying abroad, without ESP i wouldn't of had the courage to do so. I recommend to everyone who is looking for an opportunity to start teaching!
