Alliance Recruitment are a great agency run by a lovely team who listen to your personal and professional requirements. If you feel a job is not suitable they will continue to look at other options for you. They keep the communication going, this is what makes them different to some other agencies who you never seem to hear from again. Alice is a real gem and a great asset to the business. This is a good agency. Alice is such a nice lady! From time to time I am being asked to how I feel and how it is going work wise. Other agencies I worked for did not really pay attention to how I feel and my opinions. After 12 weeks there has been a pay rise, which does not exist in many other agencies same with overtime pay. This is one of the better agencies to work through, at least from the ones I worked through. Worth considering, if you are not in yet!

I have been temping with Alliance Recruitment since October and have always found the staff to be helpful and professional. They contact you when they have a job that suits your skill set and only put you forward for a role after having had a discussion with you and gone into more detail about what the role involves. The majority of other recruitment agencies seem to sign you up with them only to never hear from them again or if you do staff contact you about a role and put pressure on you to apply. Alliance are nothing like this and are honestly the best I have come across, having signed up with quite a few agencies including some of the well known names. If you are looking for an agency to work with to help find your next member of staff or to assist you in looking for temporary/permanent employment the best option is to give Alliance Recruitment a call, you won't regret it!
