After 13 years of working for the same company, you can imagine how shocked and worthless I felt when I was made redundant in may 2020,. Fast forward to August, when I joined Hales, joined on a Tuesday by Friday the same week I was working again. Without Natalie and Claire’s assistance I wouldn’t have tried that job, and with their totally encouragement I have now been offered a full time contract . Thank you so much for believing in me.
