I worked with Step Teachers for about 9 months. They are by far the best education agency I've worked for. They are not just focused on taking a cut of the money, but do really care about the people they are working with. Best agency support I've ever had. Highly recommended them to teachers and other education workers.

I have worked with Step for a number of years and for the majority of my time as a supply teacher they have been my sole agent. All of the step colleagues are friendly and professional. They certainly go the extra mile and keep me gainfully employed for the vast majority of the time. Always courteous, always helpful. They have very good relationships with the cover managers in the local schools and it's an arrangement which seems to work well for everyone. One very nice touch is that, with the exception of the last two difficult years; they have organised a Summer get-together which is great fun. This current year, and in lieu of a trip they sent all of their supply staff a gift voucher as a thankyou for the past year. Good people.

It was great to work with Step Teachers. The staff who work in the office are very understanding and they try their best to match you with the needs of the school. It was the only Supply Teaching Agency I was registered this year as they gave me enough work. It is also great from them to organise a social event in the year so we can meet the other Supply Teachers. I recommended once a friend to work for this agency and I got a lovely voucher to thank me. I highly recommend this Supply Teaching Agency to work with. I have been working with Step Teachers for quite a few years but I am starting a new job, which is different from teaching so it is the reason I am leaving. However if my new job does not work I will definitively work again with Step Teachers as they have been such a great Agency to work with.

Step Teachers are a fantastic agency to work with, I recommend them very highly! The whole team are friendly, professional and extremely efficient. They made the daunting prospect of supply work (...as it was for me to start with) easy - with no fuss or hassle. Jamie (Primary) in particular was really helpful and supportive. He kept in regular contact with me and ensured that I was fully booked up. I have now left supply work to start a full time job. However if I ever needed to return to it in the future I would definitely go back to Step Teachers as I know that they will listen to what I want to do, as well as keep me busy!

Excellent Agency If you are looking for a supply agency, Step Teachers is the one to sign up with. Steps found me plenty of work and always considered my preferences with regards to location and Year groups. The systems at Steps run like clockwork, the team are professional and always on the end of the phone/email to answer questions. Jamie (Norfolk office) deals with primary bookings and he is super enthusiastic and supportive. He followed up any queries I had immediately and ensured I had all the information I needed before setting out to a school.
