I have worked as a researcher with Academic Knowledge for seven years and my experience with them has been entirely positive. The office staff are professional, dedicated to customer service (and their researchers) and all payment and personal details are held securely and privately. The company is committed to providing high quality work to their customers, always strives to ensure all requests are accommodated and supports their researchers - as a freelance writer this is something I have rarely seen with other companies. An absolutely brilliant place to work :)

I have found Academic Knowledge to be one of the best companies to work for in this industry as they are fair and supportive of their writers/researchers, enabling people like me to provide a high-quality service to our clients. Unlike some of the other companies out there, they offer us fair and reasonable fees so we, as writers/researchers, can continue doing our jobs at the highest possible standard and giving us the time needed to accomplish this rather than trying to juggle a dozen poorly paid pieces, which would divide our attention and, thus, impacts on quality.
