I have worked with recruiters on both sides of the table from sourcing potential candidates to working with them to find a new role for myself. Cherry Professional (Danielle) are by far the best I have worked with. Too often you find that the phone goes dead and emails are not responded to and you might get the standard 'Thanks but no thanks' email with a disclaimer that they can't give feedback as there were too many applicants. so I have quite a lot of experience in dealing with agencies and I can hands down say that Cherry are by far the easiest to deal with and have taken the most care with regards to finding a suitable position based on my needs/experience. before having any dealings with cherry I was in a job which didn't make me happy or really provide me with any decent prospects and the focus of our initial conversations was around what would make me happy rather than strictly what's available at the moment where they may be able to get my c.v into.
