I've been with quiet a few agencies over the last few years and Robertson are hands down the best I've worked for. My agency rep (Emma) has always found me work quickly when jobs fell through due to external issues (covid, supply issues, etc). She always answered when I messaged her pretty quickly as well. I had a couple of jobs with Robertson and they all paid fairly. I ended up getting a contract with the company recently and there were no issues with the agency. Emma just wants people to get full time employment.
