I recently registered with Lisa at Huntress and from day one she so helpful and totally invested in helping me with my job search. Contact with Lisa was regular and she was always available if I needed advice. The positions that Lisa put me forward for were always thoroughly discussed beforehand to ensure that they were appropriate for my skill set which made me feel confident when attending the interviews. She also always gave feedback in a positive way and offered helpful advice regarding this. I have not had much experience of recruitment agencies but compared to the ones I have been involved with Huntress was by far the best and Lisa is second to none. I'm not one to leave reviews but Huntress were amazing. I applied for a general role, however a recruiter named Laura picked up my CV and saw my skill set, Suggesting another role which was tailor made for me. She gave me great tips for interviews and is always available as a point of contact. They are very professional but at the same time they genuinely do care for their clients and will go that extra mile. Following a collective redundancy, I approached Huntress for assistance to get me back into work. Huntress was the first agency that deals with recruitment the way it should be dealt. I cannot highly recommend the team at Huntress Peterborough more. The amount of small details this recruitment agency did was such a lovely touch. I applied for a HR adminstrator role, and was soon rang by Laura to review my CV and making sure I was suitable. I must have had the quickest process ever, as the job I applied to had already began their interviews! I had my registration online on the Thursday morning, and by lunch time I had been invited to a telephone interview which was in 2 hours time (yikes!). Laura called me for a pre-interview preparation an hour before, which gave me interview techniques, and she gave me some great questions to ask at the interview. I gave my feedback of how I thought it went, and then she later called back saying that I had been invited to a face to face interview the following morning! On the morning Lisa kindly wished me luck before, and gave me some more prep talk. Although I did not get the job in the end, my feedback from Laura was great! She requested as much feedback as she could to give me the best advice in my next interview. I have never worked with a recruitment agency before, but I’m definitely glad I did. Laura, Lisa and Sadie made my whole process a lovely experience which isn’t often when job hunting. Ladies - I thoroughly appreciate all the work you did. I look forward to more job hunting with the Huntress team shortly for sure.

Fantastic quality recruitment agency, can't recommend enough!!! I recently signed up with them, I hadn't heard of them until recently and having already signed up with 6 agencies prior to Huntress without doubt I knew straight away that I had made the right decision going to Huntress and only wish that I went to see them first! I registered with Laura and was really impressed that she took the time to discuss where I am at with my job searching, how to combat interviews/techniques etc. She had all the time in the world available to me without making me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. She was genuinely interested and loves what she does, the right person for the right job. I had every faith in her that she would do her best to find me and her client the right fit, and she was true to her word in keeping in touch with me, something simple that is lacking from many of the others out there. My advice would be to go to see Huntress FIRST. They're a real genuine ethical agency that hire the right people for a people-oriented service that know how to get it right for all parties concerned. I'll be recommending them and if I find myself in the job market again I will be going to see them again.

I am not normally the sort of person to leave a review but having registered with several agencies in Peterborough and getting absolutely nothing it was a lovely change of pace when Huntress contacted me after seeing my C.V online. They were without a doubt brilliant! I dealt with Lisa, Sadie and Laura and the standard to which they work was impressive, everything they said they would do they actually did and the little extra touches that I wasn't expecting really go to show how passionate they are. As I had several interviews lined up they provided me with temp work which was flexible enough for me to keep attending interviews, they also found me interviews to attend as well. They called after my first day at a new position to check how things went and gave me calls throughout the week to make sure I was okay, if you are looking for work in Peterborough I would not bother going anywhere else, they are fantastic and I really appreciate all the hard work that they did and the positions they provided me with to keep my mortgage paid until I found something permanent.

Lisa and Sadie at Huntress Peterborough are both absolutely lovely; they really care for you. They are keen to understand your needs and really take the time to get to know you and what you are looking for. Firstly, I have no affiliation to this company or anyone working within it. I had been made redundant and was out of work for nearly 9 months and despite being signed up to 3 other agencies Huntress was the one that made the biggest impact in the shortest time. In fact, it was the quickest I have ever had an interview; got an invite on Monday, signed the paperwork on Tuesday and interview on the Friday. The process was painless, quick and easy, I was even invited in for a pre-interview preparation session on the Thursday, which was really nice, along with the normal do and don’t’ I got a chance to present my questions to see what would and would not work. Both Lisa and Katie were polite, helpful. Knowledgeable, approachable and professional. Any questions I had during my contract were answered quickly and normally by phone, however, there was an occasion I needed to email and this was responded to within a couple of hours, after the first week and at pre-set times I would get a progress/check in call to raise any concerns or feedback. I hope, in the nicest possible way that I do not need this sort of service again but if I did Huntress hold the number 1 stop on my agency list and would not hesitate to contact them again or recommended them/there services. They were the only company to speak to me as a person, treat me like a person and stand with me which made me feel wanted again after what seemed an eternity out of work.
