Where do I start? I got about 1.5 years of experience in Recruitment, I've been in some companies who see your CV and think that you actually already know what you are doing, so there's no reason to spend extra money on you to train you from A to Z of how to do your job, just assume I CAN do it 100% with anything they throw at me. Right from the start with PMP I was greeted with knowledge, support, fun, and young team. They do not care how much background you have (of course, they won't pinpoint all the most obvious things within recruitment, but they will ask if you do know how to do it). They train you by their rules, those rules are simple and easy to follow, so those who already know the law and regulations as myself, it was a good chance to revise my knowledge against their given training. From Day 1 I was greeted to on-boarding training and weekly and monthly reviews. Webinars, new experiences and challenges, new team members and lots more. There were some ups and downs, but hey, every job has them. Best part about this branch, you got a team behind your back to cover you and support you all along the road. To conclude this, with my short experience of working as Recruiter and Coordinator have I ever received such amount of knowledge about Recruitment and what it involves (On the legal side and Service) as here. Shout out to the whole Recruitment team from Pat!!! #BeTheBest

PMP agency was my first agency when I start to work in England and my first job was in Amazon.It was great experience and nice place to work. Your agency have good payslip sistem, its very nice that everything we can found online (p45,p60,payslips and etc). Nice helpful staff, always ready to help for employee. I work in this agency 4times, every year, summer or christmas time period. So I really like this agency, never dont have problems. And now I am waiting my 5time

This agency is aiming to find people for local factories or local warehouses and pay rates mostly are minimum. Most of the people who works in office have negative attitude.
