Had a very positive and pleasant experience working for PCR this summer. I found Max very easy to get along with and talk to. Which helped me personally because I was returning to work after a few months off due to having an heart attack. He made sure things were right for me where I would be working and checked up to make sure I wasn't feeling overwhelmed. They regularly follow up with both the client and new employee to make sure both parties are happy. I had a friendly call two months in to see how I was getting on. With COVID hitting self employed particularly hard, was looking for a job in summer and saw a job on indeed for a position local to me through this agency. Never worked through an agency before, however Max and his team made it very very easy. Real nice and genuine guy to work for, always on the end of the phone to answer any questions about the job itself throughout my time there. And a courtesy catch up call a few weeks after I'd moved on to a different job to see how I was getting on. Absolutely no issue when it came to moving on either and no pressure to stay working there. Paid on time every single week without fail. Would and will be recommending to anyone I know needing agency workers and work.

Pro's Having worked for many agencies in the past, the quality of service you receive here is second to none, professional and courteous, with a weekly catch up to see how things are progressing. It's great to have someone in your corner on assignment, ironing out any discrepancies and chasing the 'illusive' lost time sheet so you get paid what you're owed, on time and you build a trust that I've never had with other agencies. Top marks, you certainly are Premier league. Cons Holiday pay is included in weekly pay so your actual hourly rate isn't what you think it is.
