I left full time teaching to do supply to add flexibility to my work life balance. At Recruit Mint Krishan got to know me and what sort of work I wanted and has always so far had me pre booked into schools on the days I am available. I also wanted to gain experience in various educational settings and he has a great relationship with schools to enable this to happen. He is understanding, professional and encourages a honest working relationship so no one feels under pressure.

I only have the one experience with Recruitmint as I am currently still working with them. I was told in detail what the job involved and everything was true to its word. A lady called Miranda is who I have contact with and is very quick at responding to help resolve any issues or queries I have. I had one payroll issue that was resolved very quickly, on the same day, by a lady called Sue. None of the usual, we'll have to sort it out next week malarkey. A good agency to work for.

I was initially recommended Recruit Mint by an advisor during a work programme, when I had a serious injury. I had luck finding a job myself back then but when my recent job died of covid, I have found them very helpful in finding me suitable work and applications. Being new to supply teaching I have been very appreciative at how pro-active, professional and responsive Recruit Mint Education are in supporting me as I embark on this phase of my teaching career.
