Mitchell Coulter was my recruitment consultant and he was fantastic. He was professional and found a wide range of vacancies that would be suitable for me. He was not pushy and if I didn't like the sound of a job that he put forward I could be completely honest and open without any hassle. He found me the perfect job without any problems and kept me up to date right from the word go. I received calls before the interview to make sure I was prepared and a call after to see how I felt it went. Since starting my job I have received a few calls to see how I am getting on and if I have any feedback which I personally find extremely helpful. I would highly recommend using The One Group and would definitely recommend Mitchell. Thank you for all your help.

I must say that Becca at the One Group in Cambourne has been truely fantastic and a credit to the company. Initially I had dealings with Mitchell Coulter who kept in contact from the start, and even called me on the day of the interview to go through any concerns I may have had and my experience with him was fantastic. He did leave the company and my case was assigned to Aisha Isenovic. She was helpful throughout and kept in contact throughout each stage of the process. Definitely one of the better recruiment agencies I have dealt with. Only issue is when I requested to be emailed due to being at work, and a broken phone - turns out they had tried contacting me by calling instead of what I requested so there were a few days where communication was a bit of an issue.
