D. S.As a representative of a business who uses Unique as a labour provider, I can only say positive things. So many (if not all) providers promise the earth just to acquire a contract, but Unique have provided a professional service, yet maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor and have listened to the requirements of our business and have ensured the best fit candidates for our application.
If there are any issues (and there will be from time to time with any provider), they are discussed and resolved in a timely manner.
Unlike some providers, they seek feedback and our Unique representative (Andy) will often visit the site as part of managing the relationship in view of continually improving.
