I would 100% recommend Big Ant Group. I had communication with Esme and she was wonderful, clear with her communication and excellent at explaining what employer expectations were. Esme talked me through the current process of a certain employer and sent my CV through the very same day, I got an offer to interview a couple of days later. Firstly I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Caroline at Big Ant!!!! When I first started my job search I decided to get involved with big ant and it was probably the best decision I have ever made! Caroline has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process! I have asked hundreds of questions to which she has always had an answer or been able to get me an answer which is brilliant, she always phoned me back promptly which again is amazing and finally she actually helped me pursuit a job in which I will be happy with! When Caroline and I first spoke we discussed my current experience and what I wanted to do going forwards, set salary expectations and also personal expectations. I can honestly say all three boxes have been ticked! Caroline gave me reassurance that with my experience and knowledge I was actually more than capabale of achieving my salary expectations along with other expectations I had! - I now have all of the above and then some!!!! Caroline has been at the end of the phone for any of my questions, believe me, I’ve had a few! But it’s has never been too much trouble for her. I have already recommended people to her specifically but also to the group for their job searches. They do not bombard you with generic emails for generic roles going that haven’t been filled, they actually take their time to tailor you to the best suited role but reassure you along the way that if nothing is there right now it will be soon enough.
