Had a really great experience with Pertemps so far with the help of Chelsea who has been very supportive throughout the process. She has always been very quick to respond and kept me well informed both during the application process as well as regularly checking-in with me whilst I'm temping. I could not recommend Pertemps Plymouth enough - Natasha Bond in particular. I was put in contact with Natasha when applying for a job, and instantly her bubbly personality and pro-active attitude settled any nerves that surround the new job application. Unfortunately during my first job application there were communication issues from the supplier and Natasha kept me updated all but every other day, chasing them to get feedback. To put it into perspective, this was almost a 6 month process and Natasha couldn't be more apologetic/helpful for an issue that was out of her hands. Eventually it broke down but she said that she would keep looking for suitable positions for me and put my name around the market to see what was out there. No later than a month later, Natasha came to me with 2, maybe 3 opportunities that fit my CV/experience like a glove (even ones that were only in the pipeline). Two weeks, Two interviews and probably a dozen phone calls between me and Tasha, I've landed a dream job with amazing career prospects. Many will say 'well its her job to find you work' which yes i totally agree, but Natasha goes above and beyond her job role. She tailored every opportunity thrown at me to perfectly fit my working style, she updated me every single step of the way, and was always in contact. She is a credit to Pertemps and all the employers she deals with. It didn't matter what time of day it was, she always seemed happy and full of life, especially during frustrating times. I thought I understood the limits of the roles I would be considered for by employers. A good agency so long as you get the right recruiter working with you. Some are great, some of them claim they are scheduling work fairly and it works out that you're way worse off then before. The same person who said there was no more work and she was being as fair as she could, when other staff had fulltime hours. Not very fair at all!
