Randstad is a fantastic company to work for, everyone is super friendly and helpful. Randstad offers me amazing opportunities to experience different aspects of the education sector that I wouldn't normally think of going to. They also offer the chance to gain qualifications free off charge, that would normally cost a bomb! Just completed the team teach qualification which will open up great opportunities for me in the future. Fabulous supportive company!

I did the team teach course over two days the last day was today, was really nervous, but trainers soon put me (and I'm sure others on the course) at ease, they delivered the course in a fun way, it taught us skills that all staff in education need to know, when dealing with difficult situations, how to diffuse them and also how to deal with worst case scenarios.
