Teaching Personnel has been amazing for me! A great team of people that are organised and efficient. They helped me get a TA quickly which has led to a full time job. The team make you feel comfortable and gave plenty of work available in a huge range of schools. Has been an amazing experience!

They have been able to find me a range of work and are good at listening to what you are looking for ie. Primary, secondary, certain locations, etc. They have good connections with school and an easy app to use to update information and keep your diary filled! I worked for Teaching Personnel as a supply teacher for two years and they've been my favourite agency the whole time. I had a preferred age group and particularly wanted to work with SEND children, and they bore that in mind when they were sending work my way. They worked to help me build relationships with particular schools, and checked in regularly even when I was on long-term booking.
