Made an application on line, and Kevin called to ralk me through the position, sadly it seemed as if i would be unable to apply due to the hours of work causing me a problem on just one day. I’ve been working for this agency for the last five months, work offered for the first two months was hit and miss but the last three months have been pretty consistent however this is mainly down to the company that you have worked for asking specifically for you. I have never had any problems being paid for the hours that I have worked. Communication could be improved by responding to texts as waiting for confirmation can be frustrating as this sometimes never arrives however over the last couple of weeks the communication and response has greatly improved, I have had two cancellations of overtime due to production and have been given plenty of notice which has been very much appreciated as I have been able to plan other things.
