I find 1st Med very reliable with shifts. Since I started working with them they have allocated me shifts as I needed and always contacting me to take up even more work. They are fair, considerate and they offer good pay rates. Special mention to Ayesha!! She is very concerned, available and responsive to the needs of carers. I recommend this company to all carers

I was reading the reviews for this agency. I really think I have to write this here. It’s very strange to see some people posting reviews about this agency almost at the same time with very inappropriate comments. I have been working with 1st Med for 1 year and 3 months now. Till date I haven’t had any payment issues or rude behaviour from the staff. They were very supportive and understanding when this pandemic happened. I believe google reviews should be used to help people in a right away rather than misusing it for others’ benefits.

They have the upmost respect for the actual residents that they provide continous care with utilising their staff in a very exemperilay way so they try to ensure contunity of care so residents are familliar with the staff and also the staff are confident in delivering person centred care to each individual that they have cared for previously the management will also do their very best to utilise further accomplishment with staff and ensure they are supported in regards of training initially and then on--going. When I moved to Preston I was a bit nervous about finding a job. I started looking for agencies. A friend told me many good things about 1st Med and I couldn't believe it would be so nice. I started working with them and you work whenever you want basically when you have time. If you're not available they won't bother you. They always offer transport if needed and the managers are very nice persons. And if there is a misunderstanding, Ilyas is the best to help you out :) I never doubted him! It's a great agency and staff. Almost like a big family 😊
