Excellent service considering as the employee/ recruit you do not have to pay anything. The consultant that dealt with me (Sam) was extremely intentional, professional and didn’t just forget about me as soon as a school placement was secured. They work according to your needs and preferences so be honest and open and then they can work with that. I feel like they always had my best interests in mind. They coached me through every stage. I literally joined them and within 2 weeks I had 2 interviews, 2 offers and feel genuinely good about the placement and school. If I had to give one area for improvement/development it would be that I was contacted on all platforms possible (call,voicemail, email, text, WhatsApp). Most people may not mind but I think it’s good to stick to 1/2 rather than multiple other wise there is a risk of being too invasive.
