Working with Teaching Personnel has been the best start to my teaching career. I registered with Abbie during the summer of 2021 who was so helpful and answered all of the questions I had about supply teaching. I then worked closely with both Abbie and Chloe who worked hard to ensure they found me work which suited my needs. One of my biggest concerns about supply teaching was the availability of work but that was very quickly resolved as there wasn't a day in which no work was offered to me. 3 months later, Chloe found me my first long term supply position and I couldn't be happier. Chloe and Abbie regularly check in with me each week and are always there on the other side of the phone when need be. Their website and new app also makes it so easy to navigate through your work schedule. Teaching Personnel are the agency to be with!

The communication between you and your agent is amazing and they are there to help you whenever you need them. Teaching personnel are great. I have always wanted to be a teaching assistant and when I was in college the only relevant course to peruse this was level 3 health and social care, I got experience in a school. From the little experience I had, I told teaching personnel and they was really helpful and found me a role within a school. They are really helpful and if you have a problem, they are really easy to get hold of, through email and telephone. If there is no work at the school that you are usually at, they will contact you to see if you are available to work at another school for the day. I don’t drive so I thought this would be a major obstacle, although they took this into huge consideration and would stay on the phone whilst I would Google the postcode to see if it was suitable via pubic transport. Overall teaching personel are great and you can really get a variety of experience by working in different schools. Highly recommend. Special mention to Charlotte, Kerry, Chloe and Abigail.

I have done supply as a teacher for the last 5 years (after teaching full time for 32 years) and been with many agencies, but Teaching Personnel have been the best. They have always got me work when I've wanted it. The staff at the Preston office have been great and my consultant Baish has been fantastic.
