The Orka offices in Green Park are very nice and easy to park in making the initial meeting very straight forward. This gives you the confidence of having a recruiter you can continue to work with, not only for seeking roles, but also for recruiting into your own teams. Searching for a new job having taken redundancy for the first time in 16 years and during Covid was a novel and interesting experience. With all of the doubts, concerns and differences in how searching for a new job has changed it is reassuring to find a Recruitment Company that deliver an exemplary level of service. As a Company and Ross McDonough in particular were always ultimately professional but what really struck me was the attention to detail and delivery in the soft skills of people management throughout the process.
