S. T.I initially worked for Reed a few years back and had to leave because of family commitments. When I decided to get back into work, I chose Reed again as they are one of the best agencies I have worked with. Phil Mead and Dan Brown (my manager) were amazing in finding me my perfect role. They managed to find exactly what I was looking for. They were very quick at finding work for me straight away.
Dan Brown helped me to get back into work so quickly and smoothly that it really didn’t feel like I had left at all. He was efficient and guided me well in transitioning back into work.
Even now, Phil Mead and Dan Brown help me with any queries I have and resolve them straight away.

My initial agent, Tanya, was conscious of my desired direction for job prospects so after having secured me a temporary position, then handing me over to her colleague Shaq who had better sight and options for the role I was ultimately looking for.
Definitely a considerate and transparent team who are looking out for the best for you, passing you onto an agent specialised to the area most appropriate for your search. Shaq immediately was accommodating to my requirements and found me relevant roles more promptly than I had anticipated, given my understanding of recruitment agencies up to that point, I had tended to have been forgotten about or handled in a way that I would suspect I am not a priority.
After a couple of interviews I have now secured my aspired post graduation position at a respectable company for which I have Shaq to thank for. From going through feedback - he would chase up on my behalf - as well as the consistent positivity and genuine encouragement consulting me along the whole process where there was a position to be applied for I am very pleased.
Just an interesting note, when attending interviews I was able to briefly observe the good rapport he has built with various decent organisations where they appeared appreciative of his positive and professional communication. So I think it is reasonable to say that his agreeable communication is consistent and a credit to Reed, Reading.
