CMA were brilliant with me from start to finish. Very efficient and kept me up to date throughout the whole process albeit a short one. I decided that I needed a new challenge in my accountancy career so I reached out to Jack who promptly took my details and before I knew it we were having a zoom meeting to discuss my options. A week from this I had already had one interview and had another lined up before I got the call less than 24 hours from the interview with the news I had been offered the job. I would recommend CMA to anyone currently in the process of their job search. Complete professional service from start to finish. Once again special thanks to Jack who made the process so easy.

Danielle spent the time to get to know me, what sort of role I was coming from and what I wanted from a new employer. After over 14 years with the same employer, I didn't think it was going to be an easy task. Everything was taken into consideration, from salary to progression prospects, right down to travel time and the home life balance I was so desperate for.
