The benchmark for technology recruiters. JLA executes very impressive customer service and response times. Both Jonathan and Ben contacted me within 20 minutes of initially applying for a role; about which they could both speak in detail. Very attentive and I definitely never felt like just another CV in their database, which was refreshing. I'm still receiving the same excellent level of service now whilst midway through my contract and certainly feel looked after; unprompted chasing of my employer for weekly time-sheet/payment approval as one example of many.
