Marcus has built a strong relationship with us. He has taken the time to understand our business including our culture, sales process, typical client journey and what makes RLA a great place to work. He shows a genuine interest in our business and works hard at maintaining the relationship regardless of whether we are recruiting or not.
We particularly like that Marcus does not waste our time by putting forward candidates who are not a good match.
