I have worked for several different Agency's and Platinum by far is the most efficient, professional and friendly by an absolutes country mile. The Consultants are fantastic; so approachable, helpful and lovely. Every assignment I have worked on has been really good and I've worked about 50/60 in the Portsmouth and Southampton areas. I was worried that going back to Agency work in my mid 30's it was all going to be students and I would feel a bit out of place but there's a real mix of ages and experiences. I have dealt in particular with Tom, Anna and Jess and I cannot thank them enough for helping me out of a really tough financial situation last year and helping me get me back on my feet again.

I enjoyed working through Platinum Hospitality, the thing I like about Karen she always says do not worry I will find you work, she was always true to her word. Before she put you through any work she always gives you a rundown of the place you are going to work at. She was always supportive and no matter when you call day and night she will be there to support you. One time they overpaid me for work I did not do, for me that was a blessing but when they tried to recover the amount back Karen made it easy to get the money back so it will not impact on my spending. They always call you to submit your timesheet so you do not miss out on payment. Haidee always made sure that I submitted my time sheet and if I needed help she always answer it as much as she can. She always made sure that I get the call back from whomever I am trying to call in the company. I felt like working with friends and family rather with people in an organisation there are long distance between us. I recommend this organisation to any one as I did recommend to a number of my friends. I am not leaving this organisation but I am cutting my own way but I feel like home I can always come back to worm and welcoming place to be in when I needed to feel safe.
