I was given details, and Donna looked after me sent me all info needed, all within 1 week of initial call when Donna was on annual leave she didn't forget me, a lovely lady called Tiana looked after me, sent me info for a job interview, went through a briefing with me giving me pointers and certain things I may be asked, advised me to do research, and this was done face to face on line. I had my interview , pleased to say was successful and have had continued communications a d support from both Donna and Tiana. I have been with with Reed since October 2019 and I love it. I currently have Sam Morris as my recruitment consultant and it needs to be said that I couldn't be more pleased about this, she listens, she's understanding, she is always enthusiastic and polite, she is very helpful, she always knows what she is talking about and she is always there if there is some kind of problem, I think it's safe to say she is someone you would want as your recruitment consultant. I have recently finished working at a warehouse through Reed and I enjoyed every second so much so that I didn't want it coming to a end let this be a example to those who maybe considering joining Reed, you can rely on someone at the Reed office to find a decent job for you and one that is best suited to you, they will also give you other opportunities in the mean time where possible including some that can lead into something a bit more permanent. I am also giving Reed five stars because whenever I have phoned the office there has always been someone there to pickup or return the call, they have always been helpful and polite every single time I don't know how many of you are there but you all deserve the recognition for all that you do!
