Both The Niche Partnership and my own company are relatively young businesses. I was looking for my next assignment and Matthew came along and got me some interesting work until the end of March. We had never worked together before but it was pretty seamless with an online interview with Niche followed by one with the client. Niche care about their candidates and it was a great experience all round. One I hope I can repeat. Congratulations to Matt and his team!

This wasn't the right role for me but we spoke regularly and they placed me in a temporary contract role which became permanent after 3 months. During the temporary role we had regular discussions and have remained in contact since. Some of my experiences with recruiters have felt like they are 'going through the motions' and will just send your spec's to every single position regardless of whether you are suitable or not. However, Matt a conversation with me about what would be suitable position for me. Once found Matt actually took the time to do some interview preparation with me, which was a lot more helpful than anticipated.
