Adrian is a consummate professional, with a wealth of specialist knowledge. His easygoing, clear and concise manner makes him an excellent trainer and a valued consultative support when it comes to helping businesses to manage their driver risk - whether it's enhancing existing systems or putting in processes from scratch. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian and, in fact, I would go further: I urge anyone who has staff that drive for work (whether company vehicles or their own) to contact him ... I can almost guarantee that there are some 'unknown unknowns' in your fleet management and Adrian will be able to shine a light on them for you!

We have recently worked with Adrian to produce a risk assessment for all our company driving activities, including the production of a ‘Fleet Safety Policy’ and a process for ensuring that all our drivers are driving legally and safely. I attended Adrian's "Driver Risk Assessment" awareness course this week. It was very well presented, with very clear steps that a business should undertake to ensure that both the business owner and the person responsible for drivers of the company have all the documentation around risk assessments for staff who drive on behalf of the business, be that in company vehicles or their own. Great follow material to help you complete this as well. If you have staff who drive, this awareness course is the best spent hour to protect them and your business.

As a Multidisciplinary clinic we have staff driving to and from events as part of us supporting the local health of other businesses on site at Health and Wellbeing days, as well as our ongoing support of Stoke City Women and Girls teams at training/matchdays. Although we had a standard driver check in our HR policies, on speaking to Adrian we realised this was not enough to ensure the safety of our staff, and to fully cover us as their employer.
